Fort Campbell, KY – The U.S. Army Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) and the Department of Public Works (DPW) competitively awarded the joint venture partners an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) to perform critical construction and renovation services for a variety of requirements over the next 5 years.  The contract award includes designing and constructing a broad range of new facilities, maintaining older facilities, and providing repairs to ensure the sustainment of the abundance of existing real property at Fort Campbell.  The performance of work includes new buildings and renovations with a host of trades such as: carpentry, roofing, painting, electrical, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, masonry, demolition, roadwork, storm drainage, earthwork, welding, creation of new structures and facilities, energy conservation, environmental, logistics, operational work, and other general construction supporting the DPW Director and Fort Campbell mission essential requirements.

The Clemons-Vazquez JV teamed in order to achieve the optimal balance of people, equipment, knowledge, experience, and leadership to perform this critical work for the US Army.  The Clemons-Vazquez JV is under Veteran leadership and supported by a cadre of experienced construction project delivery team and dozens of subcontractors from across the Ohio, Kentucky, and Tennessee region.  This contract award enables both partners to combine resources and provide MICC with a dedicated team and deliver the highest-quality outcomes for the Fort Campbell DPW and MICC. The joint venture is opening an office in Oak Grove, KY to support the contract requirements, coordinate with subcontractors, store equipment, and demonstrate the commitment to improving work and living conditions for the soldiers of Fort Campbell.
